Kamat Realty, is a partnership firm registered in Panjim, Goa with Mr. Ramesh A. Kamat as Senior Partner and Mr. Rohan R. Kamat as its Managing Partner. With operations having commenced in 2016, the firm has successfully delivered various projects across the state. Kamat Realty is the sister concern of Kamat Construction Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of the Kamat group of companies which have been pioneers in the Goan real estate sector, and have been at the forefront of innovation for decades. The group has been in the construction and hospitality industry for over 45 years and has over 60 construction projects, which are a mix of residential and commercial projects. Considered a pioneer of the “Ownership Apartments” concept in Goa since the early 1970’s, the Kamat group also has a presence in the hospitality sector.
