Good things here

Public transport is very good. that is why there is no kind of traffic jam even if there is a traffic jam the traffic jam is clear by the traffic police. the schools here are very advance and the education qualities also. all the daily needs like groceries stores markets and shops are available within walking distance.read more

There all lots of parking issues with cars. sometime you might be face the power cut issues in the building and traffic jams.read more

Traffic issues Medavakkam can experience heavy traffic congestion especially during peak hours which can lead to long commute times. Waterlogging during the monsoon season certain areas in Medavakkam may face waterlogging issues causing inconvenience to residents and commuters. Rising Cost of Living with the areas development the cost of living has increased making it less affordable for some familiesread more

This is the best locality for me with no water shortage issues faced. I am feeling very safe here with my family and I found that the locality is well maintained and no pollution issue is there. Cabs are easily available to me and the locality is very good.read more

Good things here

The water comes here easily and always has been coming in the locality.The charges here are very less in terms of electricity and no cuts of supply also. The locality is properly designed which looks so beautiful.read more

Always power cut. Dont even bother coming here especially in santhosapuram(cant mention santhosapuram) just had a power cut from 10 pm to 6 am yeah its frequent. Possibly the worst area to live inread more
