Good things here

New panvel is well connected by both rail and road. The Panvel railway station and the upcoming navi mumbai international airport are crucial in providing excellent connectivity to mumbai and beyond. The development of shopping malls, restaurants and entertainment venues has turned new panvel into a growing commercial hub,reducing the need to travel to other parts of navi mumbai.read more

Things need improvement

As panvel continues to grow, traffic congestion has become a concern, certain areas in new panvel still lack adequate development and services. There can be a noticeable disparity in the quality of infrastructure between newly developed zones and older parts of the locality, noise pollution has to be another concern. This can affect peace and quietness.read more

I the type of crime my locality is very very good all the members of my locality are good they have better understanding between them they live like they are brothers of there own if some one have any problem they all gather up together and solve the problem.This why there is no history of crime in my localityread more

Things need improvement

The availability of transportatiob / cab in my neighborhood is availability of water of Rajasthan. even if we have to go to any place we have stand on the bus station and after a 20 to 30 bus came and it is also full of pasengers . if it's important work than it is our compulsion that we have travel by that bus only And the cabs are not at all in my neighborhood here it contains auto ricksha wich charges are high.read more

I have been living in New Panvel East for a ling time. I am too excited for the upcoming DB Patil International Airport in Navi Mumbai. I endorse this locality. It offers every amenity, including excellent hospitals and schools. Love it.

I used to live in New Panvel East a few years back. Given that my office is there, its accessibility to other areas of Mumbai is really helpful. The fact that New Panvel East has a sound road network, commuting to & fro becomes easy.
