Ravinder Reddy (Chairman), Janapriya was established with a clear mission — to provide quality homes within the reach of every aspiring homeowner. What began as a vision to create affordable housing solutions during the real estate boom has grown into one of South India’s most trusted names in real estate.

For nearly four decades, Janapriya has been crafting homes of all sizes, styles, and designs — delivering over 40,000 homes since 1985 across Hyderabad and Bengaluru. From our humble beginning with 700 homes in 1985 to 40,000+ homes delivered as of March 2025, our journey stands as a testament to our commitment to quality, innovation, and customer trust.

In the early 1990s, our Chairman envisioned a simple yet powerful idea — everyone must have a home of their own. To make this a reality, he introduced cost-effective and quality-driven construction methods by minimizing third-party dependencies. Janapriya set up in-house facilities for brick manufacturing, concrete production, crushing units, and even door and window fabrication. These initiatives not only ensured consistent quality but also reduced construction costs, directly benefiting our customers.
