There is a good transport facility in the area. The famous Vandalur Zoo is located in the area. The One Health Hospital, Arokiya Annai Hospital, and schools and colleges are nearby only. In the area the cost of living is little

The area is very peaceful and environmentally friendly. The petrol pump is located here and the transport system is also well maintained. Some of the amenities like hotels, parks, schools, hospitals, etc. are located close to the locality.
