Prestige Golfshire has fulfilled all my needs in general. I like the security service which includes CCTV. Conveniences are also great at this task to include Cafeteria, Club House, Convenience Store, Gated Community, Golf Course, Gym Health, Facilities Indoor Games, Landscaped Garden, Library, Meditation Hall, Play Area, Rain Water Harvesting, Security Personnel, Spa, Squash, Court, Swimming Pool, and Tennis Court. My WFH is also going great so far, no internet issue till now. The place is an art of luxurious living and a culture of leisure, it comes complete with ultra-luxurious independent villas, a 300-bed luxury hotel, a private lake, and the piece de resistance. I found this place after consulting my agent and truely i like it here. But much importantly there are some management issues that they should resolve as fast as they can. The amenities in the property are all available but are not maintained the way they should have been. Like that day I went for a badminton match with my brother in law in the court but found out that somehow the net is cut off, we even made a complaint about it but did not receive the upgrade fast. I also find the network issues in the area is kind of bad. Personally for me i face problem while working, the network goes down to bars slwoing down my work to maximum. They should do something about it.read more

Great experience for me and my family. The open spaces and parks are loved by the children. The place is alongside many bus stations, drug stores, supermarkets and schools, and medical clinics. Working from home with a beautiful view is all I need to know. Even though sometimes I face internet issues. I am sure maintenance will solve the issue soon. Rainstorm waterlogging issue is there sometimes due to heavy rain. But the maintenance fees are high as compared to the services. I will give a 50-50 rating to this project, honestly. Hopefully, no issues arise in the future. Although amenities are great here.read more

Prestige Golfshire is one the best project I have seen so far. This place will satisfy nature lovers. Bunch of plant life, decent atmosphere, a wide street inside, nursery, and open space. You can utilize the pool and enjoy the summer. You will have great security in society. The network is acceptable in case you are working from home. Construction noise will upset some of the time. The place also has Timber / Laminated wood flooring with skirting, Ducted air-conditioning, Designer wardrobes in all bedrooms. Some waterlogging issue arises during rainstorms yet the main problem is the absence of civil water supply. They should fix this.read more
