Area: Its one of the elite areas in Vasco. There is Open Sports ground for Playing just 2 mins walk from the property and a joggers park for walking which is maintained by local authority. Ammenities: There 3 higher secondary schols and primary schools close by to the property. 2 hospitals in the close vicinity. public bus stop at walking distance. 1 super market & mart in around the area. This area has private & local transport available easily to commute to any location. Airport is 500 mts awat from the property. There Lift operation in the property along with 24x7 security and the surrounding locality is mainatined and cleaned by the local authority. Airport - 500mts Ground-2 mins by walk Bustop - 5 mins walk Schools - 5 mins walk Hospitals - 1.5 km Super market - 5mins walk Beach - 3kms City market - 3 kms Railway Station - 3 kmsread more

Things need improvement

There is nothing to dislike as it is in one of the most relaxed and elite areas in the city. It is getting better & Better as day passes. CCTV cameras are to be installed in coming months in the property. Currently we have security 24x7.
