Good things here

Velachery is a good locality that has good access to school college bank and hospital. there are major roads with very little traffic and good transport facility. it is a very good locality for tenant and a no need to worry about anything.read more

Things need improvement

main problem is related to climate conditions and summer can be extremely hot. during monsoon season some areas may affected by waterlogging.read more

In our area each and every houses will be getting the sufficient quantity of water. best public transport facility is available here and the market is located near by. shopping malls are also located here and hospitals within the best health care facilities are available in the surroundings.read more

Ramnagar, while have a popular neighborhood in Chennai , does have its drawbacks.One of the main issue is traffic congestion , especially during peak hours which can make community frustrating . Additionaly, the rising of cost living, housing prices can be concern for many residents. While there are shopping malls and dining options the noises and pollution from busy roads can detract the overall quality of life. Public transport, through available, can sometimes inadequate for the increasing population. Some area may suffer in consistent waste management. It is a semi-independent apartment with private entrance and separate overhead tank. The house has lot of storage space. No water stagnation, even in 2015 flood. Both corporation and ground water available in abundance.read more
