Good things here

the area has excellent public transport including a metro station nearby. there are also a railway station and park nearby transportation facility in this locality is very good and all the essential facilities are available at walking distance. additionally of hospital is just nearby and there is a great view of travelling spots.read more

The ongoing metro construction causes severe traffic jams. Parking is an issue for households in Deccan gymkhana and parking is done on roads for most of the visitor vehicles. Some corners are unhygienic in the absence of proper waste disposal facilities in some parts. Being the prime location the house rates are high.read more

staying in a well location with easy access to transportation and plethora of amenities is the epitome of convenience and comfort. everyday essential like supermarkets are very near me which has facilities where one can easily access the things he is need in need of multiplexes are nearby and transport service like metro buses help in reaching their, overall it's perfect place for the one who thinks he should be in such a place where needs to be near to every basic facilities.read more

Deccan Gymkhana is awesome and build developing place many changes are done within 5 years hair transportation services like Uber, rapido and ola are available. food services like Zomato swiggy zepto are there at door steps. transportation facilities and all the basic amenities like a schools and hospitals are available within few metres.read more

the main problem for the people are traffic jams and there is a huge traffic jams after 7:00 p.m. because of office hours.read more
