Good things here

The location is good for people working near Waggle estate & Mulund...USP - Grocery, Hospitali, Mall, Railway station and upcoming metro station are 100 meters away... best for investment and living purpose.read more

Things need improvement

all major festivals are celebrated so sometimes you will see bollywood and Marathi industry actors roaming near the premisesread more

Good things here

Located near eastern expressway highway. Great connectivity of trains and buses as Mulund railway station lies under 1 km. Peaceful community and Bill gates security provided. Local market advocable. Access to Amin it is like shopping malls schools hospitals and other recreational activities. Great hygiene and will maintenance structure ads up value to the worth.read more

Things need improvement

Access to advance amenities come at cost of high rental. No parking space provided which often leads to parking issues in locality for visitors. Some residence often free their pets to Roam around which may be a concern for small children.read more

Good things here

Mulund West, Mumbai is basically a residential area where we can easily get an affordable society to stay happily. Residents has a strong sense of community and often we can find people celebrating various festival together including famous Lord Ganesha Puja. Within a walking distance we can find International schools/colleges, banks, resturants, hospitals, bar and pubs, malls, supermarkets, Sanjay Gandhi National park etc.Nearby police station makes it safe for women and children especially during night. At with minimum cost we can easily travel to the rest of Mumbai via city buses and rail services. Overall vibe is amazing and can be one of the best choice to live.read more

Things need improvement

No adventure parks and recreational zones aren't available in proximity. Lacks waste garbage disposal management and water treatment plants for RO quality water. Often traffic jams results in nuisance and quarrel between nearby peoples. Streets cleanliness is also a common problem. Apart from the above said issues nothing is that alarming problem.read more

Good things here

Mulund West is a well developed suburban area in Mumbai, known for its balance and mix of urban amenities and a peaceful residential atmosphere. This area is also served by ample bus routes and auto rickshaw availability.read more

Things need improvement

Despite it's many advantages, there are few downsides to Mulund West. One of the main issue is increasing traffic congestion. Additionally parking spaces are limited in certain parts, especially near commercial hubs and residential complexes.read more
