As a tenant i am living here from year 2022, located at Karuna Nagar, Electronic City Phase 1 which offers a vibrant and modern living experience. It offers 2BHK and 3BHK flats in different price ranges. Top notch facilities such as gymnasium, playground, swimming pool, library, cctv surveillance cameras and guards are available. Good maintenance works and helpful working staffs is completely appreciated. Further neighbours and friends and well educated. Overall highly recommend place.read more
Things which can be improved is that greeny around the surroundings including trees plantation and some open spaces which can also be helpful in controlling air pollution. Delivery personnels and sometimes even visitors or guests aren't allowed inside the campus which can be problematic. Still it's a peaceful place.read more

The water quality in some flats within the society is poor, posing an inconvenience. External pollution surrounding the society is prevalent, further detracting from the living environment. Public transportation is inconveniently located approximately 1 kilometer away from the society. Parking within the society is occasionally congested, with limited availability for visitor parking, which adds to the challenges faced by residents.read more

It's quite inconvenient due to significant traffic congestion outside the society. Enhancing greenery in the vicinity would be beneficial. Public transportation, including bus stops, is located 1-2 kilometers away, which poses challenges for accessibility. Additionally, there is noticeable pollution in the surrounding areas.read more

The road quality within the society is poor, which is inconvenient. The construction quality of the flats is also subpar, with some seepage issues in the walls. Maintenance expenses in the society are burdensome.read more
