In those days, business of development of property and construction was in a nascent stage. Sukhwani had a vision and they foresaw a big scope in expanding the business in construction with an inherent commitment towards beautification of Pimpri - Chinchwad and helping in meeting the growing demand of housing in the region. The first scheme was launched in the year 1988 in Pimpri. It was piloted by Shri Ghanshyam J. Sukhwani and completed successfully through an excellent managerial skill of the promoters. There after, the group launched and completed a number of residential and commercial schemes in and around Pimpri.
