Good things here

Kunhari Kota has very nice greenery. It's one of the fastest growing areas of Kota in terms of living and enjoying, as new malls are starting to be built. Good and luxury flats are available for rent. It's a very green area in Kota. It's also growing at the fast speed of becoming civilized. Buying a home is also available. There is no traffic Jams, and it is safe at night.read more

Things need improvement

There is no metro connectivity, and some people behave badly. Pollution is not controlled in this area. Good doctors are not available in this area. Power cuts are a problem in this area. Only a few parks are available in this area.read more

Good things here

This area is too good for students and also for family because in this major coaching institute are there and also with this many good and big schools are there.Locality is well maintained and clean also pollution is also under control and there is no water shortage and roads are good here and Streetlights are proper working in evening and night time.Near to this property there is also big malls and park for spending quality timeread more

only thing I dislike about this area is overcrowding and water logging in road sometimes in winter season and this area is showhow less safe for girls at night time.Rest all is good and go for property in this arearead more
