Good things here

I think the society is overall perfect considering the facilities provided. There is a school and market nearby. Each resident has designated parking. Regular garbage collection is done with wet and dry waste segregation. The construction quality is excellent, with no seepage or termite issues and proper ventilation. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are available and well-maintained. The neighbours are very nice and friendly, and we are like family.read more

There were issues previously, like painting and general maintenance, but since the new RWA was formed, they are improving the facilities day by day. Currently, they are painting the society, and we have raised a request for the installation of solar panels, which I hope will be completed soon.read more

However, there are significant downsides that need attention. The construction quality of the apartments leaves much to be desired, as I've personally faced seepage issues in my apartment, which can be quite frustrating and inconvenient. The lack of amenities is disappointing, especially when comparing to other towers within the same complex. It's disheartening that amenities like a swimming pool and gym are only accessible to owners in certain towers, excluding tenants like myself, which feels unfair and discriminatory. Additionally, the absence of a dedicated play area for children is a missed opportunity for families looking for a wholesome living environment.read more
