Connectivity is excellent, with easy access to the book plaza and other facilities within the estate. Water supply is very good, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good. The kids' play area is well-maintained. Public transportation options like buses are available within an 800-meter radius, making it very convenient. Parking areas are spacious, and visitor parking is also available. Green spaces in the estate are very good and well-maintained, adding to the beauty of the estate.read more

Quality of the area amenities are not as expected, the overall standard is fair but there are convenience issues. Construction quality is poor with frequent leaks and safety concerns, which makes it inconvenient. Amenities like swimming pools and clubhouses are available but poorly maintained. Good things here

Public transport, schools and hospitals are closeby, approx 5-10 mins walking distance. Society is well maintained, water supply, power supply and power backup is all available. Maintenance charges are based on per sq ft of the home. No issues with water seepae or water dampness. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym and parking space are available and maintained well ini the society. The society is average, nothing is too good and nothing is very bad.read more
