water supply is not there which is promised at the time of purchase. You have to pay additional and install for which they charge. Rain water issue, power supply due to bad earthing, maintenance is zero, canopy is full of cracks, more and more issues. Actual approved plan vs execution is different.

Amenities offered are great and worth to use. I loved the multi-purpose hall that can be used for various purposes. The security is also good; also there is no water issue. I liked the overall location.

Excellent project, everything is good location, architecture team and very flexible for few minor changes. Overall I and my wife are happy with our upcoming dream Villa and The Grand LaCasa. Waiting to shift there ASAP.

The model villa is attractive. Cost is towards higher side. Location is great and livability aspect is great, Just 2 min walk to a super market. 4 km from Chandapura circle. I liked the overall plan they have. I am waiting to get shifted to this place.
