The price is very considerable for households. the location is a little bit far from the city but the pollution and traffic is also low. So it seems less problematic because people does not face the obtsacles of traffic.

The availability of the metros is quite poor so the transport system is also poor. the road construction is also not good. The management team should take care of these.

The construction of the roads are not good at all. Whenever it is raining, the whole area become flooded. So it will be very provblematic for everyone who walks on the road and the drivers as well.
