nagarbhavi is indeed one of the best localities to live in. the area offers excellent commute facilities, making it easy to travel around. Delhi necessary such as pharmacies, hospitals, grocery stores, and ATMs are easily accessible, insuring convenience for residence. the locality also places a high priority on maintaining a hygienic environment, which adds to the overall appear.read more

we experience frequent traffic jam at peak hours. sometimes there will be shortage of parking a spacesl when we have guests with their vehicles.read more

Nagarbhavi is the most desirable residential zone known for their well planned layout and wide trees line roads. the neighbourhood offers complain of modern amenities and serene living. public transport connectivity and traffic jam is also very less. markets are available at walking distance.read more

Things need improvement

Many residential complexes and independent houses in the area are equipped with backup power solution like generators and inverters. Traffic is only the concern.read more

Each and every day morning, we will be getting newspaper and milk delivered to our doors. All the online apps like Amazon and Flipkart and bigbasket provide home delivery. Lots of schools and hospitals are also located in the surrounding areas.read more

we often face the traffic jam problems in our area. Some of the times it will be at the peak level and we get a delay of half an hour while travelling. It is always better if we leave our home earlier.read more

Nagarabhavi is a Bangalore, Karnataka, India, residential neighbourhood. Nagarabhavi is located in West Bangalore, between Mysore Road and Magadi Road. It is bounded on the north by Vijaynagar, on the east by Bangalore University and Chandra Layout, on the west by Magadi Road and Sir.M.V.Layout, and the south by Kengeri. Nagarabhavi is classified into two stages: Nagarabhavi 1st stage and Nagarabhavi 2nd stage. This neighbourhood is traditionally recognized as the home of Bangalore University, although it also contains the National Law School of India University. Dr Ambedkar Institute of Technology is also located in this region. And the second level of KLE Institute at Nagarabhavi. The first stage of Nagarabhavi includes the communities of Maruthinagara, Kalyana Nagara, Nagarabhavi Village, Canara Bank Colony, Bhairaveshwara Nagar, and Moodala Palya, among others. These neighbourhoods are densely inhabited and have a lot of business activity along the main Nagarabhavi road. In addition, these locations have narrower streets and more rugged terrain. The second stage of Nagarabhavi is opposed to the first. While the first stage is quite old, the second stage is a newer location.
