The location is pretty amazing as it is surrounded by several tech parks such as Whitefield, ITPL, Hebbal and Kadugodi. The schools, hospitals, malls, ATMs are also connected with the residential complex. The project is under construction and is most likely to complete by 2022. Assetz Sun and Sanctum are known to be one of the best projects but it is not at all budget-friendly. Also, other projects are also developing so there might be traffic congestion during the peak hours.read more

The residential complex is in the heart of the city surrounded by IT parks, educational institutions and a market complex.
