Century Park

Century Park is a residential project launched by construction firm Century Leather in Guduvancheri, Chennai. The project is offering plots of varying sizes. Built-up area of the plots is in the range of 800 to 1175 sq ft. Guduvancheri is a popular area in Chennai. It is located between Tambaram and Chengalpattu and is surrounded by areas like Adhanur, Madambakkam, Kayarambedu, Perumattunallur, Pandur, Karanaipudhucheri, Potheri, Nellikuppam, Thailavaram, Thiruporur and Vellancheri. Infrastructure of the area is good with many reputed schools, educational institutes, and hospitals established here. Restaurants, banks, and other utility shops are also located in the vicinity. Guduvancheri is well-connected to other areas by a network of road and rail transport. It is a comfortable locality to own a residential place. Century Park is under construction now, it was launched in December 2019 and will be ready by October 2020 for possession.
