there is a crematorium near it but it is said to be removed asap by builders, in winters, there is a ton of smoke..read more

Good things here

This is the upscale business and living district of Navy Mumbai. Situated right in the heart of the city, it is conveniently located near a bus terminal and suburban train station. There are also grocery stores close by, and services like Uber and Ola are readily available. The area is also home to a shopping mall, hospitals, banks and schools. The streets are well-lit and safe especially at night, making it a popular spot for living.read more

Things need improvement

During peak shopping times, the shopping areas can get overcrowded, and finding parking is a challenge. Air pollution from traffic is also a concern. The cost of renting a place here is slightly higher then in other parts of the city and the condition of the footpaths could use some improvement. No Metro line is connected to this area. The public spaces are not really cleaned very well or maintained.read more

I have stayed at multiple places in vasai but this has to be my best house. lifestyle is very affordable due to the presents on dmart at just 5 mins walking distance. It has so many other things nearbyread more

Good things here

Good people around and best environment and clean roads park. There are schools and hospitals like around 1km all comes under 1kread more

Things need improvement

Traffic is the main issue this a very major problem tha everyone facies a metropolitan city. Due to this uses of metro increases. Persons uses generally there own vehicle on the place of public transportation. Along with that one major problem that air condition in not very good. Many people have a air disease due to more pollution.read more
