Maintenance quality of the society was good with properly maintained hygiene and cleanliness. There were no water supply or water logging issues. Good things here
Autos, rickshaws are available 24/7 near the society. Market area is also close to the society. CCTV cameras and Lifts are installed in the society. Power backup is there in the society. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. My opinion is that the flat owners or people who are living with their fmilies are good. The best thing about this society is that the market is right in front of my society's gate so all my basic needs are met easily.read more

Maintenance is average, it 's neither good nor bad. Improvement can be done. Water seepage and dampness is an issue with the flats on the top floor and corner flats because pipelines are running close to those flats. Otherwise it is not an issue with flats on lower floors. It is there but it is not much of a hassle. Gym, pool and park are there in the society but they are not maintained. Pool and the area surrounding it is not cleaned properly. Equipments in the gym are not maintained. Club house doesn't exist in the society. Builder did promise a club house but it was not constructed. Now even the builder is no more. But now mostly there are bachelors because of colleges in Greater Noida, so now we have to face some issues. Every month there are two- three complaints registered against them. They create chaos, liking drinking, playing loud music till late at night.read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is good with all public transport options within reach. Malls, markets and schools are also close by. Construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues or Plaster related issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Maintenance quality of the society is also fine with no water supply or logging issues. The garbage is removed timely. The Residents are decent and celebrate all festivals and events together.read more
