Mansions was established in 1989 by two civil engineers, Shri. V.S.Jayachandran and Shri. R. Rajesh. Starting with the construction of residential buildings in Trivandrum, Mansions soon made a mark for itself with the quality of its construction and adherence to time schedules. Mansions works in close collaboration with M/s. Yamuna Constructions (P) Ltd., a sister concern of the Narmada group of companies, which is well known for the unique and prestigious NARMADA shopping complex at Kaudiar, Trivandrum, and as market leaders for all building materials. Both Shri. V.S.Jayachandran and Shri R. Rajesh are directors of Yamuna Constructions (P) Ltd., and Shri R. Rajesh is a director of all the Narmada group companies. In addition to numerous contract works for prestigious institutions like Technopark, Kerala Co-operative Milk Marketing Federation Ltd., National Rural Health Mission, etc. We have also promoted and constructed several residential apartment complexes in Trivandrum and Ernakulam. We have a team of Technical personnel experienced in Project Analysis Monitoring Excecution with afull fledged office Engineering facilities.
