The plot is of North east corner which is rare in many layouts, perfect place to construct house, very next to Good Earth School Manimangalam. Rental income is based on Schools and colleges next immediate to layout. Share Auto and white Van and government Bus are prime connecting parameters of this layout. Property is next to Main road.
