Essential amenities such as markets, hospitals, clubs, playgrounds, gyms, and swimming pools are all within a 2 km radius. The well-developed area features a clean and hygienic society with well-maintained parking spaces for both cars and bikes. Good schools and colleges are located within 3 km, and the roads are clean and well-maintained.read more

There are some negative aspects to Banaswadi. The lack of street lights and police patrolling at night raises safety concerns, and some areas in Banaswadi are quite unhygienic.read more

BEST PLACE TO RESIDE IN A QUIET NEGIHBOURHOOD. LESS POPULATED IN A GATED COMMUNITY. OPEN PARKING WITH DEAD END. GREENERY AND COOL DURING SUMMERS SURROUNDED WITH FORESTS. NO POLLUTION, LESS POPULATION, 24X7 WATER AND SECURITY AND REST ASSURED OWNERread more

Good things here

We can easily find cab nearby. Streetlights are well lit after 9pm. As far as know there is no such history of crime according to me. Yes I feel same here in my locality. School, malls and good restaurants are nearby only.read more

The only thing I dislike about is traffic problem at evening between 5pm to 7pm. And during rainy season there is water clogging problem.read more
