Maintenance is impeccable, with efficient lift services, regular cleaning, proper garbage collection. The society offers good connectivity, with no issues in getting autos and cabs, and convenient access to the metro and railway stations. The society has all modern amenities, including a garden, children�s play area, swimming pool, gym, clubs, and park. The neighbourhood is friendly, with residents celebrating festivals together, fostering a strong sense of community. Security is good, and there is ample parking space. The building has good ventilation, ensuring a pleasant living environment.read more

Despite the overall good construction, there have been some issues with leakage and seepage. These problems have been addressed individually. No other issues in the society.read more
