The society has good connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, and buses. There are no traffic issues. Maintenance is decent with clean surroundings, working lifts, and regular water tank cleaning. The construction is solid with good ventilation and sunlight. The society featured amenities such as a play area, garden, and open spaces for recreation. Public transport was easily accessible, enhancing convenience for residents.read more

In our flat, there were frequent issues with the flush pipeline in the washroom, necessitating repeated repairs. Unfortunately, after each repair, the flush would malfunction again within 2-3 days, causing disturbance to neighbors due to ongoing repair work. Moreover, my flat did not receive adequate sunlight. There were also traffic issues near the society. Additionally, the society lacked amenities such as a gym or swimming pool.read more

The society is conveniently located near a railway station, and autos and buses are easily available nearby. There's also a market and a bank right in front of the society. Traffic is not an issue near the society. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated within the society. There are no issues of leakage or seepage. The society is equipped with all modern amenities, and the maintenance charges are justified. There is ample parking available for residents and visitors. Water supply is continuous, and cleanliness is maintained well. The lifts are well-maintained.read more
