Last year, the leakage issue was successfully resolved, bringing relief to residents. Daily garbage collection ensures the society remains clean. A continuous water supply adds to the convenience of living. Ample ventilation and good sunlight in the flats create a pleasant living environment. All modern amenities are not only available but also well-maintained for residents' comfort. The community is characterized by friendly and welcoming residents. With sufficient parking space and nearby auto rickshaw availability, transportation needs are easily met.read more

The roads outside the society are in poor condition, filled with numerous potholes. Unfortunately, there's no designated parking space for visitors. Additionally, the flats lack balconies, which can be a drawback for residents.read more

There are no major power cuts or garbage collections issues that happens in the society. The society provides power backup and regular garbage collection is done. The security system is very good in the society. Security apps are used for safety. CCTV cemeras are installed all over the society and all are functional. Society is also safe at night. There are elevators available in the society and all are properly functional. There is also CCTV installed in the lifts. Water supply and electricity issues are also not faced as such in the society, it's always available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society.read more

The connectivity is average as sometimes public transportations are not available, but autos are available sometimes. The society faces a lot of monkey problems inside the premises of the society, which is very disturbing at times, most of the time the windows remains closed because of this issue.read more
