Proviso group of Companies started in 1988, is a regional, full-service real estate development and management company. After providing successful possession of 2,500 flats of 25 lac sqft. We are continuously growing in terms of Infra structure and real estate development. Proviso's next plan of action is to provide around 2000 ready possession flats, spanning 20 lacs sqft in the next 4 years. Once we achieve this, we will go on to a next milestone of 4000 flats of 40 lacs sqft in next 6 years. Our objective is to be a leader in commercial, retail and residential real estate.
