I loved living in this society, people here were very good natured and calm , they were very cooperative and helpful, during my time here, we also used to play badminton together at night, which was very fun at times. Parking space here was sufficient and autos , rickshaws and cabs were also easily accessible. There were no problems of water supply and electric supply, water used to come there 24/7. There were also no security problems, There were also amenities like gyms, swimming pools and playing areas available. I don't know how well they were maintained, as i didn't avail any of them. It was a good experience to live here.read more
There were sometimes, very rarely though, seepage and cracks issues, but these too get resolved very quickly, overall it was a good society and i did'n't face any issues there.read more

Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants are all nearby. Parking includes a basement. There is a clubhouse and a swimming pool. The community is friendly, especially welcoming to those not from Maharashtra.read more
However, the roads are narrow and 2 km from the main roads. The apartments are quite old, around 10-11 years, with many cracks and poor construction quality. Sunlight is limited, and the solar heater provides hot water for only 2-3 hours. There is a clubhouse and a swimming pool, though the pool is not well-maintained.read more

There are frequent water leakage problems that haven't been properly addressed, causing inconvenience and potential damage. Additionally, while there are hospitals nearby, the treatment provided to tenants has been subpar, which is concerning and disappointingread more

Everything in the society is good. The people in the society are very nice, trendy, and cooperative. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm, and the maintenance of the society is excellent, with all services provided on time. The lifts are well-maintained and never break down. Additionally, the construction quality of the society is also very good, with no issues like water leakage anywhere. All amenities are available and well-maintained.read more
