Connectivity is fine in the society; cabs and autos are easily available if we book Ola and Uber in the society. Maintenance of the water facility is very good, available 24/7. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good. Parking area is spacious in the society, and there is sufficient parking for everyone in the basement. The greenery of the society is very good and well-maintained.read more

Construction quality is very poor in the society, with some seepage issues present. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society.read more

The cleanliness of the society is excellent. They clean regularly and collect garbage every day. There is 24/7 water and power supply. Life is well-functioning, and the maintenance charges are reasonable. The people are friendly and communicate well with each other. We celebrate many festivals together. Connectivity is good with a bus stop, supermarkets, and hospitals within 1 km. The street lights are functional, and there is ample parking space. Amenities such as a children's park, gym, theater, and community hall are available.read more

During the rainy season, the community faces water logging issues, causing inconvenience. Efforts are being made to improve drainage systems to prevent flooding and ensure a more comfortable living environment.read more

Good things here

One of the best things about the society was its strong sense of community. We celebrated all the festivals together, and everyone, including me as a tenant, felt like part of a close-knit group. The management team was really on top of things, especially with garbage collection and separating wet and dry waste. The apartments were spacious and well-built, with large windows that ensured great ventilation and top-notch plaster quality, never a hint of seepage. Connectivity was also a highlight, with autorickshaws and cabs always just a call away.read more

Things need improvement

Back when I lived there two years ago, the lack of nearby markets was a bit inconvenient. Also, the society didn't offer any amenities like a garden, which would have been nice for such a cozy community. Despite that, everything else about living there was wonderful.read more
