Traffic is heavy especially on the main roads making in challenge to get to the city center during busy times. Construction projects have also cause a lot of noise and air pollution. Summer is hot and the cost of living is quite steep, making it a high end area. Sometimes parking aside the road is struggle for other vehicles. Very nice and like minded neighbours with we are staying for last 20+ years now. Society environment is quite a d calm, while mutual relationships are grown for years now. Only one unit of 1BHK and 2BHK sold in last 20 years shows that people are happily living here together. There is nothing that is not accessible around this property hence very convenient to live here. Seawoods Railway Station is just bang opposite to this building.
