Good things here
There are many banks and their ATMs available nearby. The baking facility is also very good. There is a vegetable and fruit shop nearby. Grocery items are also available in the shop nearby. There is a hospital available nearby where both medical and ambulance facilities are available. Taxis and rickshaws are easily available to go anywhere. There are many good restaurants nearby where many types of food are available. There is never any problem with electricity. Water supply is also available 24 hours. Cameras and guards are also available for the security of the house.read more

The roads need repairs in many places. Proper attention is not paid to the cleanliness of the roads and drains. The mall and bus stand are also far from home.read more

Masab Tank refers to the Maa-Sahiba Tank. It was a title given to Hayat Bakshi Begum, who was the wife of Qutub Shahi VI. The tank or Talab was constructed by the mother of Qutub Shah V, called Khanum Agha. However, it attained fame later as the Talab-e-Maa-Sahiba. This locality is today a coveted residential zone in Hyderabad. It lies at the junction of the Banjara Hills and other roads, including one linking Lakdi Ka Pul with Humayun Nagar. The JNTU College of Fine Arts is a landmark here along with the Masab Tank Government Polytechnic. The area is also home to several shopping zones and malls while the Hyderabad Business Centre also lies here. The area is located in the State of Telangana in the Hyderabad City and District. Its governing body is the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation or GHMC. The coordinates of the area are 17.4033° N, 78.4529° E.
