Having local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, restaurants, and other amenities in close proximity adds to the convenience and vibrancy of the neighborhood. I'm particularly impressed by how well-maintained and hygienic the society is, with timely garbage collection and a reliable water supply. It's reassuring to know that there are no electricity issues to contend with, and the construction quality ensures that common problems like seepage, leakage, and plaster issues are non-existent. The presence of balconies, along with a good security system comprising security guards and CCTV surveillance, enhances both the comfort and safety of residents. And with the added convenience of a lift, navigating the building is effortless. But perhaps what makes this community truly special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere among its residents.read more

It's a bit disappointing that amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and park aren't available in our society. Those are features that I personally value and enjoy using for recreation and fitness.read more

Ola and Uber services are available in the society. There are no issues with leakage or seepage in the society. All amenities are available and well-maintained. The residents are cooperative and celebrate festivals together. The lifts are well-maintained, and water is available 24/7. The cleanliness of the society is well-maintained.read more

The connectivity of the society is very poor as there are no autos or buses available, and the market is far away. Additionally, after 5 PM, there is heavy traffic jam near the society due to ongoing construction work on the roads outside.read more

There were no construction-related issues such as leakage or seepage. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. People were cooperative, and water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was maintained, and maintenance of the lifts was regular. There was enough parking for the residents.read more

Visitors were not allowed parking inside the society. It was somewhat difficult to access public transport near the society, and the roads outside the society were not in good condition.read more

Somwar Peth was developed by Rango Bapuji Dhadphale, a minister of Maharaja Shahaji Raje Bhosale in 1625. It was redeveloped by Dadoji Kondadev, a military and administrative officer of Shahaji between 1636 and 1647. The KEM Hospital is located in Somwar Peth area of Pune City, Maharashtra, India. This hospital, which is run by KEM Hospital society, is the largest non-government hospital organization in the entire Pune District. It is conveniently accessible due to its location in Central Pune.[3] Somwar Peth is connected to Katraj, Swargate, Pune Railway Station, Camp and other areas on these bus routes by PMPML Buses. Trishund Ganpati the Hemadpanthi temple and nageshwar mandir are the oldest temples in somwar peth. SV Union Primary School, Balvikas Shikshan Sanstha Prathmik Shala, Saraswati Vidyalaya Union High School, Saraswati Vidyalaya Union High School, are few of the prominent schools located in this area.
