The buses are easily available and the schools, colleges, restaurants, malls and various shops are available within 2km radius. The area is beautiful and the nature is good for living. All the necessary services are available in our locality.read more
The parking space for vehicles in our area is very less and markets is at walkable distance. The area is crowded most of time.read more

The some frequently available and there is no power cut in our locality. there are no water shortage problems and the area is wonderful and the shopping malls grocery stores swimming pools restaurants good hospitals and government and private playgrounds are available at wakable distance.read more
The problems in our locality is there is very less parking space and in some places there are garbage thrown beside the streets.read more

Pashan is a prime location in Pune where top class amenities are available. easy access to public transport and have well mental roads and have easily accessive to top hospitals and markets are available distance. metro connectivity is also available nearby and roads has good drainage system.read more
Heavy traffic especially during working and dense population making Street crowded and limited parking available.read more

This Area is a having a good environment condition and having a all necessary facilities available, environment of area is peaceful and natural, having a school, mall , gyms , hospitals in this area, market at walkable distance, safe at night time, have a Proper regular time make police petroling, Residential view of this area also good for investment or living with family and friends, having a some big companies are available in this area, good public transport facilities, easily getting a cab or autorickshaw, also have in this area of societies have security and CCTV , good area as I have been living from 2 years Not any issue I found so just go for it......read more
Sometimes make a higher traffic jams and make it a noise pollution or air pollution, area of other side are under construction so some roads are in poor condition or under development, no metro in this area , some times in rare case make a power cut off problem due to maintenance..... Pashan is a beautiful and developing place. This place has good employment opportunities, symboisis college nearby. Pashan has good public transport option ranging from government buses to local trains. There are plenty street signs on the roads to help the people. There are traffic police at major intersections which helps the traffic low. Pune municipal corporation provides fresh water to the locality and there is no scarcity.read more
There is frequent construction activities on the road due to which one way is block. During peak hours with congestions on the street the commute towards airport could take 1h 30 mins. The garbage trucks doesn't come everyday to collect the garbages. After 10 pm, most of the shops are shut down so it's hard to get essential supply during the night time.They aren't many street lights on the services roads and most are situated on the main roads.read more
