NEELYOG GROUP of companies have been engaged in development of residential and commercial properties in the city of Mumbai & Developed more then 83 projects since last 3 decades. Neelyog is one of the pioneers of Slum Rehabilitation Scheme in Mumbai. One of the first SRA (slum rehabilitation) project of the city was flagged off by us in Pant Nagar, Ghatkopar and ever since, there has been no looking back. We have since developed more than 5000 slum tenements and handed it over to the slum dwellers free of cost.

In the process we have helped realize dreams of thousands of families who are now availing a better standard of living.

We at Neelyog believe that a HOME is a basic right of every individual, which once attained allows one to strive towards greater goals in life without having to worry about the vagaries of daily shelter and existence. This state of being leads to the development of the individual, his/her family and in turn, the entire economy as a whole. We envision that one day MUMBAI would be devoid of slums and our constant endeavour is to systematically work towards it.

The word NEELYOG derives its roots from the amalgam of the names of its founders Mr. Yogesh Babulal Mehta and his wife Mrs. Neela Yogesh Mehta and in many ways the company embodies their ethos in life.
