Brigade is a well known developer. I shifted from BTM 2nd stage to here due to the amenities, reliabilty of construction quality and yes the view of lake every morning from the balcony. The amenities are plenty, If I count more than 40. I love the green spaces, clubhouse where I can read books during weekends. I am living here with my family, they love this place including myself. Yes the premium paid was worth it.read more
The rents are very high here. Too many cultural events putting burden on the residents. Although the celenrstions are frequent, I never attend them due to personal work so I should not be forced to pay for their schedmes.read more
