It is a green and clean society that is old and well-built. The society is warm and filled with nature. Channel gate lifts that increase at the rate of an old Hindi film's end titles! Management is pleasant, and security is adequate. College students rent out a lot of apartments. There are food places immediately outside the university, and 'Khao gali', which has all culinary alternatives, is within a kilometre. All vital services are nearby, making it a good society to live in. Rent is reasonable. According to what I've heard, tenants may have concerns with brokers, such as the yearly brokerage system. Overall, a good area to live.read more

Ideal community with wonderful facilities, little issue for bachelors to live on rent but generally nice, adjacent Sinhgad college campus with large cricket pitch and environment is active, good location to live.

It is around a kilometre away from the Sinhgad College Campus. It typically has a wide range of restaurants, cafes, and culinary services. It also has a vehicle service centre, a tavern, and other domestic service and retail outlets. Because of the greenery, you'll feel refreshed and wonderful at any time of day or night in Bhansali Campus. A police station is located within 100-200 metres. This flat is located on the campus of Sinhagad Institute. Excellent facilities and surroundings. There's also a gaming facility and a pool and snooker club nearby. Because of the numerous cafes, the nightlife is enjoyable there. This location appeals to young people.

A nice and cool spot for families. Students are not permitted to be tenants under the new society regulation enacted at the AGM. There is no traffic noise. There is more open space in the common area. Amphitheatre, fountains, Turf Ground, and Precious Club House are examples of popular amenities. Canol Jogging track is the most beautiful societal site, and Taljae Forest track is only a few minute away.read more

About 8 kilometers separate Vadgaon Budruk Village from Pune's city core. Before 1990, the village's primary economic activity was farming, and it was quite small. The western hills' catchment area provides Vadgaon Budruk with fertile soil and ample water for farming. Vadgaon is the name given to the village because it contains many "Vad" or Banyan trees. Vadgaon Budruk, which has a thick forest close to parts of a river and a creek, served as one of the pauses for sheep traveling from the Konkan to areas inland. Direct connectivity between the city of Pune and the Sinhgad fort can be regarded as occurring at Vadgaon Budruk. It is well-known for the Sinhgad Institute and well-liked by families from middle-class backgrounds. As many IT and BPO personnel live in the region, it is now a well-known location in the IT sector.
After 2005, Vadgaon Budruk underwent a substantial transformation as the population of Pune increased significantly. The ecology suffered with the transition from a village to a suburb.
