Connectivity is excellent, making transportation easy. Maintenance and construction are well-managed, ensuring a comfortable living environment. The neighborhood is friendly and pleasant as well.read more

There's a notable issue with guest parking; it needs to be increased to accommodate more vehicles. The lack of amenities is a major drawback. Good things here

Love how clean and well-maintained this community is. The streets are always tidy, and the green spaces are beautifully kept. It's refreshing to see such attention to cleanliness, which makes the environment pleasant and inviting.read more

One drawback of living here is the lack of amenities. Unlike some other communities, we don't have access to a gym, pool, or recreational facilities onsite. It can be inconvenient to have to travel elsewhere for these amenities, especially during busy times or bad weather.read more

Good things here

There are no termite, leak, seepage, or fracture problems, demonstrating the excellent build quality. Additionally, there is a subway station, and schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently located. The neighborhood has an abundant amount of natural light, proper ventilation, and a consistent supply of power and water. Among the facilities are parks, a clubhouse, a playground, a garden, a swimming pool, and a gym. The residents have ample of parking, good access to public transportation, and friendly neighbors. Regular cleaning, trash collection, and maintenance are performed on the elevators. Public transit is easily accessible and comprises both buses and cabs. There is a security officer on duty, and the roads are in fair condition.read more

For the residents, nothing was missing, and I couldn't think of anything that needed to be improved. Everything was well-maintained and given careful attention, so I never had any problems.read more
