Our beautiful garden, adorned with a variety of flowers, adds to the charm and offers a serene retreat for relaxation. And with the metro station nearby, commuting is a breeze, adding to the convenience of daily life. Plus, regular garbage collection keeps things clean and hygienic, maintaining a tidy environment for all residents. The presence of CCTVs enhances security, providing peace of mind to everyone. There was no lift despite the building having four floors, no amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, or play area, no security guard, high maintenance resolution time for plumbing and electricity issues, limited social interaction during the six months of residence due to lockdown restrictions, and a lift should be installed as it is needed.read more
