Connectivity, with readily available cabs and autos within walking distance, is a big plus here. Maintenance charges are reasonable, making it affordable for everyone. Public transportation, like buses, is conveniently located within 500 meters from the society, making commuting easy. Hospitals are also within a 1-2 kilometer radius, which is incredibly convenient in case of emergencies. The society boasts well-maintained amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids play areas. The residents are respectful, and security is top-notch, thanks to the diligent security guards. With maintenance charges around 3500 rupees, it's quite reasonable given the facilities provided. Parking space is ample, and grocery stores and supermarkets are just a short walk away, adding to the convenience of living here.read more
