The neighborhood is posh and buzzing. You can find everything from restaurants, pubs, and cafes to shopping malls, hospitals, schools, and offices. All major roads including highways pass nearby. The overall build quality looks good and there is good parking space as well. The area is safe, posh, and with high-class civic amenities.

Take advantage of the advantages of living in Vinay Unique Gardens, which provides all modern conveniences. Roads are well connected and everything is nearby like you can go to the nearest mall in a few minutes only. The Malls, PVR, Clubs, Restaurants, and other amenities are nearby almost all types of cabs like Ola, Uber reach this place on time but sometimes there is a regular traffic problem which might pinch you.read more

There are nice green parks, well-maintained roads and all the facilities including gym, jogging track, open area, etc. Auto stand, bus stand as well can be reached within a few minutes. Malls PVRs, restaurants, the club is reachable at a short distance. Despite the fact that connectivity is good there is some traffic problem, especially at noon.read more
