Some negative factors that I should include here that are several patholes that have been occurred in the internal roads in this region as the local people reported and that can create road accidents also. During monsoon, the potholes get filled with water and create huge difficulty to pass by. Most if the time, water supply gets intermittently affected due to lack of rainfall in summer. The campus is so airy and has a significant area for tree planting. The place is so relaxed for meditation and yoga as well. I will meditate here every sunrise. The vast area of jogging and walking track is here. They proposed us to add basketball, badminton courts, gym here. It includes a proposed community hall for meetings and cultural programs.
