Good things here

The society was located by the roadside, with several malls nearby, and easy access to Ola and Uber. Additionally, there was a nearby metro station, ensuring excellent connectivity. Cleanliness was maintained regularly by a dedicated team. 24-hour security guards and CCTV surveillance covered all areas for enhanced safety. Continuous water and electricity supply were ensured round the clock. The residents were known for being friendly and cooperative, contributing to a pleasant living environment.read more

Things need improvement

In my unit, there was insufficient sunlight entering the house, leading to seepage issues and a musty atmosphere. Additionally, the society lacked proper ventilation. The absence of lifts in the individual flats posed a challenge, especially for residents with mobility issues. The presence of many stray dogs inside the society heightened safety concerns for unknown visitors. Moreover, the lack of amenities was notable, with only one small park available in the society.read more
