The nearest grocery is around 5 kilometres away. It is an excellent residential area with reasonably priced rental housing. The neighbourhood is nice, and many people work in the neighbouring hubs.

This area appears to be relatively tranquil, with no signs of disruption. The nearest metro station is 5-6 kilometres distant. There are always shared vehicles available. The bus service is also not awful, however, there are periodic power outages.

Apartments are well-maintained and in a safe location with a large number of staff. Residents are well-mannered and respectable. A few businesses, such as Reliance Fresh and Ratnadeep, are nearby.
