All amenities including a swimming pool, play area, and gym are available and well-maintained. The society offers multiple power backup facilities, but this contributes to fluctuating maintenance charges. The high cost of power backup results in increased maintenance fees. Seepage issues are widespread, especially in the basement area, which tends to flood during the rainy season.
