The Project is excellent; there are several adjacent societies, a nice hospital, a supermarket within walking distance, a dairy, market, fast food joint, bakery, doctor's office, laundry, and much more; and public transportation is just ten minutes away.

Road connectivity is good for the project but public transportation is hard to avail in the area. The Rooms are affordable and are a great investment opportunity. Though maintenance of the public area is to be done more diligently.
