Good things here
Transportation connectivity is quite satisfactory with easy availability of metro and autos. Schools are also present nearby. Hospital is also available at some distance. Maintenance & cleanliness is fine in society.read more
Things need improvement
Construction quality is average with 25 years old infrastructure. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in society. Residents are quite less in number, thus no celebrations of festival and events are done.read more

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society was satisfactory, with easy availability of cabs, buses and autos. Malls and markets are available. Maintenance facilities like power backup and garbage cleanling were provided. Construction quality was fine with no seepage and plaster quality related issues. CCTV cameras were installed.read more

Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, i found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However, they noted the absence of amenities such as a gym and swimming pool in the society premises.read more

Maintenance ki toh wahan pareshani chalti hi rehti thi. Construction quality sahi nahi thi society ki. Kabhi kisi ke yahan chat gir jaati thi kabhi kisi ke yahan. Water supply ka issue toh kaafi tha, kisi ke yahan aa raha hai kisi ke yahan nahi aa raha. Seelan aur seepage ka bhi kaafi issue tha. Amenities jaise pool, gym, club house ye sab nahi tha society mai. Park tha bas. Neighbours bhi bade bekar the, unka natur achcha nahi tha.read more

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Road quality is good around the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Water supply is good in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Pest control was done on time. parking space is very good in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is safe for kids and women. Balcony is available. CCTV is avilable. Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Security apps are used in the society.read more

People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. There is no parking space in the society. Water supply issues is a major problem in this society. The allignment of flats in the society are pretty conjested. The constructuion quality is average in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are not available in the society. water logging issues are faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is not good around the society. Despite of having CCTV in the society and security guards there were robbery that happens in the sociey which is not safe.read more
