The upcoming residence is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The total project is spread over a total area of 13.21 acres of land. It has 90% of open space. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. They have offered to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton courts. swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, gymnasium, small theatre also been provided. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. The workers are so friendly and helpful over any emergency. All-around the place is highly recommended for me with lots of basic amenities as well.read more

I will be dwelling here and I'm happy with their services so much. It will give me a proper home-like feeling as well. The developers give the best qualities of indulgences and maintenance to everyone. The rooms have ample spaces to live and are well ventilated too. Decorations of every room are very high quality. The balconies have steel grills. The elevators are so fastest. Overall all the settlements are quite good till now.read more

This place has some major negative factors too. The people of this vicinity have reported that the internal roads have been damaged for several years and the government does not maintain them. The canal water supply is totally lost so that people have to use tank stored water. Illegal sewage disposal in this locale is the main cause of blocked drains. The transport system is also inadequate so that the people face lots of difficulties to reach their destination.read more

The location of this upcoming project is located along Gurgaon-Sohna Road (NH 248A) which is so important for the dwellers. Golf Course Extension Road is just 1km away from my upcoming home so that many migrant workers like me always prefer this location. IGI Airport (32 km) and Gurgaon Railway Station (23km) located in not so close but easily accessible through transports also. Airia Mall, Omaxe Mall and Sapphire Mall are so near. Vatika Hospital, Government Hospital and Sona Devi Memorial Hospital and Shiksha Bharti Public School and Ashoka International School are so near from my upcoming home.read more
