Good things here

What I love about this locality is how it perfectly balances convenience, community, and comfort. There are great schools for Kids and top-notch Hospitals like Saifee Hospital just minutes away. Also being so close to Charni Road Railwway Station, ample of bus stops nearby and upcoming Metro Station means getting around city is a breeze. You'll find a mix of long-time residents and new families, creating a vibrant, peaceful and warm community atmosphere. Plus Chowpatty Beach nearby, there's always a beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the sunset. The streets are well-lit and there's a strong sense of security. With some great places to eat near Marine lines and Thakurdwar and daily essentials like supermarkets and local markets can be easily found. The society also has a constant supply of electricity and waterread more

Things need improvement

One minor downside of the property is that due to the recent construction for the upcoming Metro Station, you might encounter a bit of dust. However, this is a temporary situation and will soon lead to improved connectivity, making the short-term inconvenience well worth it.read more
